چکیده
Aim. We aim to compare immunophenotypic characteritics of atypical epithelium (AE) with COVID-19-induced diffuse alveolar damage (DAD) and pulmonary lepidic-growth adenocarcinoma, accounting for cell cycle control, proliferation differentiation]. Methods. examined tissue specimens from twenty-four fatal cases acute respiratory syndrome confirmed by autopsy (Group 1) four adenocarcinoma 2). Perpendicular dimensions 10 nuclei were measured on the H&E slides, means their sums products (SPNM) calculated. have used p53, Ki67, p16, p63 antibodies immunohistochemical staining in each case. evaluate colour intensity, rate stained cells AE product these parameters. evaluated separately Nuclear cytoplasmic (couple) only (cyt) p16 expression. proliferative index at KI-67 slides. U-test Spearman rank correlation test statistical analysis. Results. Expression was higher group 1 (p=0.001), while more frequently expressed 2 (p=0.002). found no statistically significant differences (p>0.1) p53 Ki67 Group showed There negative between number days onset symptoms following variables: (r=–0.587, p=0.003); SPNM (r=–0.406, p=0.049). Conclusion. The present study has shown heterogeneity levels control expression, differentiation damage.

CHROMOSOMAL PROTEINS IN PULMONARY ALVEOLAR MACROPHAGES
In this study the nature of chromosomal proteins, his tones and nonhistone in resident alveolar macrophages was investigated in comparison to peritoneal neutrophils and calf thymus proteins. Cells were obtained by lavaging the lung and after purity determination they were subjected to fractional extraction procedures. Proteins were then analysed on SDS polyacrylamide gels and densitometric...
متن کاملDiffuse alveolar damage associated with pulmonary thromboembolism
In contrast to other internal organs, pulmonary arterial hypoperfusion does not always show ischemic changes in the lung parenchyma. Pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE)-related lung injury is extremely rare except in the case of pulmonary infarctions, in which PTE occasionally causes necrosis of the parenchyma. We describe the case of an 86-year-old woman who presented with respiratory failure and ...

متن کاملA Case Report of Pulmonary Alveolar Microlithiasis
Pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis is a rare autosomal recessive disease characterized by the formation of calcium phosphate deposition in the alveoli. Although the disease most often occurs in children, most patients with the disease are diagnosed in adulthood due to the slow progression of the disease inside the lungs. In childhood, it often causes no symptoms, and changes in the lung parenchy...
